eSIPS®: Energy Smart Insulated Panel System

Panelized Home Division of Davis Timber Frame Company

The Energy Smart Insulated Panel System, eSIPS, is a prefabricated panelized wall and roof system that offers an energy efficient and faster way to build a new home. eSIPS is primarily a standalone prefab home and is a great alternative to "stick frame" and Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs) construction.

As a division of custom timber frame home provider, Davis Timber Frame, we are able to apply 25 years of industry experience in designing and building custom and energy efficient prefab homes. Whether you choose one of our pre-designed floor plans or design a custom home with us, we can guarantee a high quality and energy efficient home that you will enjoy for years to come.

Why Build an eSIPS Panelized Home?

By using our
panelized home system, we can pre-assemble the wall and roof panels in a controlled environment to provide you with a complete exterior shell kit for your new home. This will not only create a savings with on-site labor costs but it will also significantly reduce on-site waste removal costs while eliminating costly material overruns and delays caused by weather and material shortages.

Each eSIPS home is designed in our 3D CAD program allowing us to plan out all aspects of the structure before arriving to your site. This also allows us to give you a precise estimate for your new home kit. Our computerized drafting software and manufacturing equipment work together so that we can guarantee accurate assemblies the first time. Panelized construction is the new "conventional" construction; it not only provides a thermal and high quality structure, but also a faster way to build your new home. Your new home's weather tight shell can be built in half the time that it takes to build a traditional "stick frame" house.
